All reviews must be based on genuine job site experiences. Users agree to:
- Only review addresses where they have performed work

- Provide honest and fair assessments of their job site experiences
- Not submit fraudulent or misleading reviews
5. Disclaimer of Reviews
Reviews posted on JobSite Intel represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual contractors. JobSite Intel does not verify the accuracy of reviews and is not responsible for their content. Reviews should not be considered as professional advice or endorsements.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, including reviews that contain inappropriate language, personal attacks, or false information. Users who repeatedly violate these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
7. Privacy
Reviews focus on job site experiences at physical addresses only. We do not allow the posting of personal information about individuals. Our service collects only the information necessary to provide the platform, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscription and Billing
Access to the full features of JobSite Intel requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
JobSite Intel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on reviews or information found on our platform.
